I have used it at neighbours house but brand sure the outer protective pipe is out of the ground at the end by the stove and then ground water cannot enter information technology ( I sealed it with spray foam and stuck steel wool with silicone to keep mice out) . Nosotros didn't get trench filled before our first snow and it didn't melt off pipe I was surprised I didn't think it was that well insulated at outset expect.

What is the difference in price betwixt the options.   Cause now I gotta dig it up considering too much heat loss.Was put in 12 years ago and installed as directed at the time just times and products have been improved so much. I also went the cheapest style at the fourth dimension big error on my part do information technology one time and do it RIGHT best thing purchase well insulated or do it yourself with the right type of foam.
